Mission Statement
The Holt High School Cheerleading Booster Club is a registered, non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and advancing the cheerleading programs (both Junior Varsity and Varsity) at Holt High School in Wentzville, Missouri. Our mission is to foster school spirit, promote sportsmanship, and provide the financial and organizational support necessary to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching experience for all student-athletes.
Who We Are & What We Do
As an official booster organization, we operate in direct alignment with Holt High School’s athletic department to bridge the gap between school budgets and the operational needs of a premier cheerleading program. Our board is comprised of dedicated parents, community leaders, and alumni who volunteer their time to manage fundraising, event logistics, and community outreach.
We support two distinct squads:
Varsity Cheerleading: Focusing on advanced athletic development, competitive performances, leadership within the school, and preparing athletes for collegiate opportunities.
Junior Varsity (JV) Cheerleading: Focusing on foundational skill-building, teamwork, safety progression, and fostering a passion for the sport in incoming students.
Our Impact and Activities
The Booster Club ensures that financial barriers do not prevent any qualified student from participating. Our fundraising efforts directly fund:
Safety & Equipment: Purchasing and maintaining high-quality tumbling mats, safety gear, and training equipment.
Choreography & Music: Subsidizing professional choreography camps and legally licensed music mixes for competitions.
Uniforms & Apparel: Providing team uniforms, warm-ups, and gear for athletes across both squads.
Community Engagement: Organizing youth cheer clinics, pep rallies, and community service initiatives to represent Holt High School positively.
